pH ring

The pH ring is suitable for the Aqualine 5, 12, 18, and AQV 5 water filter systems. You should replace it every year.

Please note: if you filter less than 2,000 litres of water in a year, you should replace the pH ring earlier. For example: at an average of 10 litres per day, this would be after approximately 200 days.

How does it work?

Making the water alkaline/basic with the pH ring
The pH ring is filled with magnetite balls, tourmaline balls, alkaline balls, and magnesium balls. The ring increases the pH value of the filtered water by an average of 1-1.5 pH points to slightly basic water. The exact pH of the water depends on your tap water. Furthermore, the pH ring lowers the ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential) value, giving the water an antioxidant effect.
