Aqualine 12 annual filter set - pH neutral

This set consists of a ceramic filter and a pH-neutral multi-stage filter. You should replace this set every year. Fits in the Aqualine 12 water filters.

Please note, if you filter more than 2000 liters of water in less than a year, you should replace the filters sooner. (For example, if you filter an average of 10 liters of water per day, replace the filters after 200 days).

How does it work?

1. The ceramic filter
   This is located in the reservoir tank and has a fineness of 0.2 microns (0.0002 mm). This pre-filter removes a large portion of the contaminants from the water, including bacteria, undissolved calcium and magnesium particles. The water slowly passes through the filter and then drips into the multi-stage filter.
2. The multi-step filter
   1st layer:
   High-quality, silver-impregnated, activated carbon type 30X60 with high absorption capacity.
   
   2nd layer:
   Zeolite beads. Environmentally friendly beads with a high adsorption value, filter chlorine compounds such as trihalomethanes and various heavy metals from the water, and soften the water.
   
   3rd layer:
   Silica and combination balls. The balls are a combination of various substances including tourmaline, zeolite, and kaolin. They have a redox function and an antibacterial effect.
   
   4th layer:
   Illite combination balls. They emit a far-infrared frequency of 9.23 micrometers. This frequency vibrates at the same frequency as the human body. This activates cells, stimulates and increases microcirculation. They soften the water to a pH of approximately 7.5. Furthermore, they also have an antibacterial effect.
   
   5th layer:
   Clay balls. Increase oxygen absorption in the blood and improve metabolism.
