The Avondrust blue light glasses protect your eyes during the evening or longer screen sessions. They filter 80% of blue light, which can reduce screen fatigue, reduce glare, and support relaxation in the evening. The yellow lenses cause a slight tint, but this is generally not a problem during screen work. The lightweight TR90 frame is comfortable to wear, even for hours.
